		<description>I think you might just be right on that one Aidan, however the Facebook and Friendfeed boys have been chatting for a while and I wouldn&#039;t be surprised if they dipped their toes in. 
 
If anything, it is display of why Facebook brought in Friendfeed and where they plan to go in the future in terms of native integration. 
 
Personally I think it makes Facebook far more attractive as a platform and with the Facebook 3.0 iPhone App coming out with the ability to post to Pages, it could really make the Facebook Page the hub of the social media presence. </description>

Hate to be the nitpicky type, though I feel this is important enough to mention: according to Facebook&#039;s blog post about the Facebook/Twitter integration, the feature has been in the works since earlier this summer, being developed by a Facebook-hired engineering intern. 
 
That said, this is indeed a great way for Facebook to steer brand attention back toward itself as the publishing platform of choice, and there&#039;s sure to be some killer additions to its services from the Friendfeed team. </description>
