Balancing Entrepreneurial Bias Through Business Model Innovation

I really must apologise for the infrequency of my blogging over the past few months. With the launch of a new website, bringing a web app to market and all the fun that comes along with working in a startup my dear blog has ended up neglected.

However Malcolm from the Connect IT Conference at Ryerson asked me to contribute a blog post so I took the time to convey some of my learnings from the past few months on business model innovation and shared them on the conference blog.

The blog post shares some of my personal lessons learned from startups and innovating business models using the Business Model Generation Canvas and as well the biases of the entrepreneurial personality.

You can find the post below

I would love to hear your thoughts and you are more than welcome to join me at the conference this Thursday.
